    Food has the power to nourish our bodies, minds and souls. It's at the center of our health and wellness, but even still, many of us struggle with our relationship with this natural medicine.

    Eating can be stressful; filled with guilt, shame and unworthiness- and our past patterns and beliefs have a lot to do with it!

    Join Kristen for a group healing session as she releases trapped energy around our relationship with food, and shares simple ways to help ground and feel balanced, helping to reduce overwhelm and let go of the guilt!
